Senior Consultant & Manager Position Description

Morgan is seeking Senior Consultants & Managers to integrate with our team, delivering large scale client projects and transformation.​

This role will suit someone who wants to invest in their development and accelerate their career. Working closely with senior members and client executive teams, you will be focused on solving complex problems across industries. ​

Work you'll do

  • Build and strengthen client relationships.​

  • Collaborate with team members and clients to frame their business needs.​

  • Manage projects, workstreams, stakeholders and risks​.

  • Participate in structured problem solving.​

  • Identify and analyse data to inform effective decision making.​

  • Independently progress high quality solutions that deliver on client’s needs.​​

  • Present outcomes to client executive teams​.​

What we are looking for 

Senior Consultants & Managers: ​

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a professional environment.​​

  • Consulting, structured problem solving, story telling experience​.

  • Demonstrated success in client-facing roles and shaping deliverables.​​

  • Experience in asset intensive organisations like manufacturing, pharma, FMCG, supply chain, warehousing or facilities management. ​​

  • Project management experience and qualifications.​​

  • Asset management experience and qualifications.​​

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.​​

  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing project requirements and client needs.​
